Design's are Stand alone Lace I used 2 layers of Vilene, number 12 schmetz universal needle, 40 weight Madeira Rayon thread top and bottom ( if needed) Lay flat to dry hard. I pin to a piece of styrofoam I found pinning to a styrofoam block the best way to dry each Doily or Basket takes 6 parts |

Sew three parts together along the black lines as shown then sew the 2 halves together |

Same a the doily, only tack the wings together at parts shown. use a bowl to shape it in for drying dry |

| I used a cereal bowl to shape the doily into a basket, then I tacked the butterfly wings together  |
